Follow the adventure!

Tomorrow I am traveling to Calabar, Nigeria to support the Integral Coaching element of the leadership initiative Leading From Within, with an organization called One Sky. This is a deeply meaningful opportunity for me in so many ways, especially in how it will serve my coaching work with emerging women leaders. I am so thrilled to be a part of this project, which is designed to build the quality of leadership needed to address the complex issues Nigeria faces by working with emerging NGO leaders – from within the country, and from within the wisdom of these individuals.
